My stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. The check-in process was a hassle as my husband was denied access because the reservation was under my name, which was frustrating given the circumstances. After resolving it, we encountered further disappointments with the room's cleanliness and décor, which did not meet expectations.

The hotel had a nice setup for the kids, very welcoming and spacious! They also provided a great pool, albeit small, but my kids really enjoyed it and that’s what matters.

It wasn't inexpensive but I suppose one can expect that when accommodating a family.

Cleanliness took a hit. dust was noticeable in the room, and walls around the toilet looked neglected. Noise levels were frustrating, with paper-thin walls allowing cries from nearby children and slamming doors to disrupt sleep. The limited pool area offered no lounging space, making it feel cramped during downtime.

We had a wonderful family stay at Courtyard By Marriott Charlotte Waverly. Our Double Queen Room was spacious and well-decorated, perfect for our kids. The king-sized beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the mini-refrigerator for snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room I stayed in, a Double Queen Room, was spacious and very comfortable, which contributed greatly to my experience.
